**RESPONSIBILITIES:**


The Technical Learning Project Manager will research, plan, and direct development of content for technical/product training for Residential HVAC products. This position will manage vendor partnerships and Subject Matter Expert collaboration related to the development of new technical training programs. The Technical Learning Project Manager is responsible for seeking new content design and delivery methods to support learner needs beyond traditional classroom and online learning delivery. Candidates must be willing to travel to collect voice of customer requirements, pilot content implementation, and determine program improvements.

**Qualification:**


+ Knowledge of HVAC equipment and functions desirable, but not required; Experience with similar mechanical systems will be considered

+ Knowledge of training best-practices, adult learning principles, and subject matter expert collaboration

+ Current knowledge of both classroom and online content delivery methods and development requirements

+ Previous experience delivering classroom training desired

+ Ability to evaluate content and delivery from the learner perspective to determine improvements

+ Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required

+ Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team

+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


**Education:**


+ Bachelor's Degree in applicable area with 7-10 years related work experience

+ Master's Degree in applicable area with 5-7 years related work experience
