We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Analyst with Kronos administrator experience, supporting multi-site manufacturing operations across the business. This position will be based at our Indianapolis, Indiana location.


The ideal candidate will have strong function knowledge of human resources, time keeping, labor management and payroll system of record platforms.


**RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Partner with finance, HR, payroll, operations and other functions for business requirements, system design and implementation

+ Strong focus on support of Kronos issues dealing with medical leave, payroll & human resources

+ Provide support of inbound and outbound interfaces from Kronos time & attendance system

+ Work with stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and drive problem resolution

+ Understanding of tools including: attendance record keeping, seniority and OT processes

+ Participates in the hands on design and development of technology solutions. Present data that can help with business process improvement.

+ Heavy focus on cross-functional communication to ensure key decisions, risks, issues, and statuses surrounding solutions are clear to all stakeholders

+ Push limits of third-party vendors focused on innovative design and delivery

+ Use continuous improvement tools to track and improve processes within area of responsibility


**Qualification:**


+ Ability to understand system and business integration points and interfaces

+ Ability to understand data needs of systems

+ Ability to solve complex issues and complete projects independently

+ Must have a strong functional knowledge of HR, time, labor and payroll domains

+ Experience with Kronos, time & attendance application

+ Strong customer, technical and troubleshooting/support skills

+ Strong working knowledge of SQL best practices

+ A strong desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment

+ Project management experience including: planning and implementation of multiple projects

+ Energetic, hands-on, results oriented; able drive change and continuous improvement with stakeholders

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to generate root cause analysis

+ Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with production employees, operations management, peers and senior leadership

+ Ability to work with minimal guidance and direction

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills including: developing and facilitating training

+ Strong computer and system skills including: MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

+ Ideal candidates will demonstrate a desire and potential for advancement


**Education:** The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or applicable equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of four to seven years of applicable experience.
